Hes always been a poser . I know he worked in a rastaurant as a waiter for a while and he spent most of the time in the cloakroom looking at himself in mirror and constantly fussing with his hair.
The staff used to play tricks on him because they got so fed up with his laziness and constantly skiving off to check his hair .....they often gave him food to serve at table 13 ...thing is there was NO TABLE 13 !! dale would just wander round the restaurant totally clueless.
he was so thick he used to fall for it everytime ...the boy aint too bright ....god knows how he ever thought he could be a school teacher - he dosent have the brain.
he was only doing a sports development course at uni - he was never studying as a teacher at all...the course he was doing was for personal trainers lol
hes so dumb though, he probably thought it was teacher training...bless
