And unrelated and maybe I'm asking too much but a year or two ago I saw a mid budget dark chiller called Candy Land featuring William Baldwin one of his co-stars was Owen Cambpell (Ti West'x X where he went very briefly nude) In this film he plays a male lot lizard and near the end of the film he's fully nude and according to the audio commentary it's all him side note his character is dead at this point as he was offed mid coitus.
